Produce Time maintains standards that satisfy the largest of supermarket chains. Our network of wholesale produce is certified for, and adheres to SQF and HARPS standards, which means our produce can be sold everywhere from the local green grocer to major supermarkets.

Shane Schnitzler

Shane Schnitzler has a business background and a degree in Horticulture. Shane has 15 years of supermarket experience, and has been CEO for two market companies over 16 years.  Shane has been the Chairman of Fresh State Ltd (since 2004) and Fresh Markets Australia (since 2005), the state and national representative bodies respectively.

Billy Toumbos

Billy Toumbos has built strong relationships with supermarkets and growers. Starting off in Adelaide, Billy has worked in the Adelaide Wholesale Markets for De Poi Produce and also ran his own successful retail outlet. He has extensive experience in the ripening of avocados and mangos for supermarkets.

Sonja Van Eijk

Sonja van Eijk joined the market in 2006 as part of the Melbourne Market Relocation Project. She went on to become the Business Manager of Fresh State. Sonja has sound financial and administration skills, having served on the Melbourne Market Credit Service board for 2 years.
